General Manager/Head of Operations
Alhaji Mudashiru is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, an Associate of the Institute of Credit Administration. He is an honors graduate of Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, 1985 and an MBA in Finance from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, an alumnus of Ashridge Business School, United Kingdom.
A versatile and seasoned executive with professional banking experience spanning over twenty years most of which are at senior and top Management levels. Leke as he is fondly called started his career at International Merchant Bank Plc in 1987 as a financial analyst and later moved to Rims Merchant Bank Ltd in 1992, he rose to the position of Head of Treasury department at Rims Merchant Bank before moving to Consolidated Discounts Limited in 1996. Mudashiru has worked extensively in executive capacity at CDL, as Head of Settlement, Financial Controller, Assistant General Manager - Business Support Group, Deputy General Manager - Operations and presently the General Manager and Head of Operations Consolidated Discounts Limited.

Management and Leadership training programs both abroad and within the country. Leke is also a member of International Who's Who of Professionals.
