E. A. Odedina is a graduate of Economics with an MBA in Finance. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit Control Association Illinois, USA with extensive training on ACL software organised by EDP Audit Security and Associates in Nigeria and ACL Services Ltd both in New York and Vancouver Canada He holds the Introductory ACL for Windows Training Certificate as well as the Advanced ACL Training in the Audit and Accounting field of study. E.A. Odedina was a Principal Manager with KPMG (a firm of Chartered Accountants) with audit, consulting, information technology and accounting experience spanning over two decades.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation as well as Associate of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School of Pan African University as well as the Professional Development Institute of the University of North Texas, USA where he obtained advanced certificates in Petroleum Accounting and Oil and Gas Joint Venture Accounting. He also holds the degree of Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
Mr. Odedina’s vast experience in the Capital and Money Market has been aptly complimented with extensive practical hands–on sessions in Discount House as well as Treasury Operations in Consolidated Discount House in Ghana and Birchin Training and Consulting in London.
