A Chartered Accountant, Certified Tax Practitioner and chartered Stockbroker with over 18 years of banking experience. Jibola was engaged Investment Banking functions for 13 years, where he participated actively in the first and second phases of Privatisation of Federal Government Enterprises as issue manager and stockbroker. He cut his teeth in banking in ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) and was the Financial Controller of Peak Merchant Bank Limited for three years until he joined Consolidated Discounts Limited in August 2000.

He is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Authorised Stockbroker/ Issue Manager and has been a dealer on the floors of the Nigeria Stock Exchange since 1989.
