A qualified lawyer and a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University , Mrs. Claud-Ennin was called to the Nigerian bar in 1983.

After a stint as Legal Counsel in a private Law firm, she joined the services of First Interstate Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (FIMB) for a period of seven years. Prior to her appointment as Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Corporate Services at CDL, Larai was Acting Company Secretary at FIMB as well as the Pioneer Company Secretary to many Subsidiaries of FIMB including Banque Internationale Du Benin.

Mrs. Claude-Ennin heads the Legal Secretariat and the Corporate Services Department including Personnel & Administration. She has attended several local and international professional courses and seminars.
