Mr. Akinretoye brings to CDL, a rich storehouse of experience from the Industry, Public Service and Banking, which spans over a period of 25 years. Before joining CDL, he was an Assistant Chief Accountant and later Head of Treasury Operations in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.
A seasoned Treasurer, Mr. Akinretoye was a 2-term President of the Money Market Association of Nigeria and a former member of the Sub-Committee on Monetary and Fiscal Policy of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. His distinctive technical skills are richly complimented with an in-depth exposure to discount house operations and financial training in Nigeria , the United Kingdom and in the United States of America.
