CDL Asset Management Limited (CAM) is a subsidiary of CDL, which is set up with complementary product offering to the core discount house business, which will create opportunity for synergy in related areas of operation as a means of enhancing shareholders value.
The desire for the establishment for CAM is driven by the opportunity to extend our technology, self-compliant culture and other sterling qualities, which had propelled our aspiration to market leadership, to the new company.
The company’s operation is designed to be totally independent of CDL as relationship in day to day management is expected to be at arms length even though there will be supervision at the Board level.
CAM is a wholly owned subsidiary of CDL and was incorporated in 2004.
